At SharpTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period, well beyond the legal 14 days.
Cooling-off period and right of return
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
Products must be unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging.
This policy applies to both consumers and business customers within the EU and the United Kingdom.

Returns are free of charge (because we receive so few of them).

Once your return has been registered, you’ll receive a shipping label and further instructions by email.

Refunds
As soon as we receive notification of your return, we’ll immediately refund the purchase amount to the account used for payment.
You will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
Automatic returns
If an order is automatically returned because:
- it was not collected from a pickup point,
- the delivery address was incorrect or invalid, or
- the carrier marked it as “return to sender”,
then additional shipping costs will be charged if you wish to have the order resent.
